El Conocimiento se Comparte is a 501c 3 organization registered with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service- donations are tax exempt. It is composed of the Balcázar – Samanez family, who are Peruvians living in the United States. Of the four siblings, three are recognized / award-winning teachers of public elementary schools in California and one is a  development economist who lives in New York. So far, our organization has trained around 2000 teachers in 10 workshops.
