Methodology

The workshops have three phases:

1. Face-to-face : in which the theory of the strategies is explained and the positive results of the strategies in their classroom are demonstrated through videos, photos or student´s work.

2. Practice of the strategies :  the teacher trainer and the Peruvian participating teachers use the strategies taught.

3. Monitoring the use of methodology in the classroom : the trained teachers send us pictures of them applying the strategies in their own classrooms.
